
●个人简介:
宋智彬,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。毕业于武汉大学,获博士学位,美国俄亥俄州立大学博士后。研究工作主要集中于天然产物药物活性骨架的绿色合成及其作为分子探针在化学生物学中的应用研究,构建了包括黄酮类化合物,天然生物碱喹唑啉酮结构的绿色合成方法,开发出应用于细胞微环境检测及肿瘤标志物特异性的分子探针,设计合成了具有逐级诱导的特异性黑色素瘤前药分子,构建了具有特定细胞器定位功能的肿瘤细胞铁死亡光诱导剂。帮助企业完成了上市药物贝舒地尔以及芹菜素等黄酮化合物的合成工艺路线优化。主持承担国家自然科学基金2项,省部级项目4项。担任Med. Gas Res.期刊青年编委,在J. Med. Chem, Green Chem., Eur. J. Med. Chem. Anal. Chem.,等SCI刊物发表学术论文30余篇。
